Holiday Hours

Christmas hours: The Village Hall will be closed Wednesday, December 24th, Thursday, December 25th & Friday, December 26th.

New Years hours: The Village Hall will be closed Wednesday, December 31st, Thursday, January 1st & Friday, January 2nd.

Project Update

Grassmere, Haverton, and Oaksbury (GHO) Drainage Improvements Project: For many years, the Village has experienced flooding on Haverton Way, IL 59, Grassmere Farms, and in the Oaksbury Subdivisions during heavy rain events. The updated project status is available on our website.

Dates for the Firewood pick-up are: 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/19, 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6 & 3/20

If you have a tag, bring it at pickup time. If you do not have a tag, contact Sue at 847-381-7793 and register your name and address.

Pickup begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. or when supply ends.

*Firewood pickup is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions.

Please drop your donations at the Village Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The last day to drop toys will be December 18th. Thank you.
